+> I'm sorry that you feel that this is how a wiki should function. I disagree entirely. Once people post their content on a community wiki, the community should feel free to contribute and improve the content. That's part of the point of a wiki. Why such cumbersome rules?  --- //[[wiki:user:vharishankar|Harishankar]] 2012/08/29 10:23//

+Hmm... your anger regarding an article of yours that was changed was my reasoning for creating this page. Anyway, I am not the Slackware Linux Ultimate Authority on anything by a long shot. All things are open for discussion and change. If I'm overruled here by the Admins, so be it. The page will be altered or removed. In the meantime... more discussion and input is welcome.

+> I am not angry my article was changed. Rather I encourage people to improve my own articles. I was only angry when several of my changes to an article I contributed to were reverted without reason. There is a difference which I have explained in a mail to the admins: that between constructive and destructive editing. I hope I become more clear on this topic: I think that my point about constructive and destructive editing and the qualitative difference between them are noted by the admin team before formulating a policy.   --- //[[wiki:user:vharishankar|Harishankar]] 2012/08/29 20:01//
